Create a PowerPoint presentation of 15-25 slides, not including your title and reference slides, that outlines federal guidelines on procedural safeguards or rights of special needs’ children and families. Include the following:

• Bibliography of local and state resources for parents and staff.
• Resources and activities available to parents and teachers for the academic, emotional, social, and psychological well-being of young children in various stages of development. Provide key facts about each resource and activity.

Use the key facts from the presentation to create a two-sided pamphlet for use in your school.
