This case for Honig vs. Does was one in which had concerns for the discipline with children who had disabilities, which made its way to the Supreme Court. Though IDEA provided the most important factor while ensuring that students with disabilities get (FAPE) a fair Appropriate Education, there was a lack of understanding when it comes to seeing the provisions on disciplinary matters.
