Ella was diagnosed with cancer many years ago and she has used alternative medicine to control her breast cancer, it helped her to go into remission, but after a few years, her cancer has relapsed and has metastasized (spread) throughout her bones, liver, and lungs. Due to her weakness, she had collapsed and is now in the hospital. But after a while in the hospital, she has decided that her preferences is to use alternative medicines along with the Western medicine. She has also decided that she would like to spend her final days at home. Ella is full of weakness and has given up on life.
