E.H is a 54-year-old Caucasian female. She weighs 116.12kg and she is 172.72cm. E.H was seen in the ER with complaints of left foot, left hand, and right shoulder pain. She stated that she twisted her left, but is not sure how. Upon arrival, she was hypotension, tachycardia, and hypothermic. In further conversation the nurse found out that she has an history of alcohol abuse which lead to her diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver. It also explained the distended abdomen and pitting edema. E.H never admitted or denied being intoxicated at the time of the injury. She arrived to the ER by EMS with no family or friends accompanying her.
