HCA 460 Operations and Risk Management in Health Care

In this course students will learn the roles of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies; the enforcement of federal guidelines, standards, and regulations; and the issues and demands of the regulatory environment that affect health care in the United States. Students will explore the legal responsibility of providers and agencies to provide a safe environment while delivering health care services.
